Chassissim V3.44 Release

CSim DIL Bath image blogChassissim V3.44 is now available Including Driver In The Loop (DIL) additions with improved self aliging torque linked to slip angle parameters and traction control improvements.

Also now included is the ability to model decoupled suspension with roll bar dampers as well as improvements and additions to the Tyre Energy calculation

This incorporates the following
*Hybrid fixes
*User defined Suspension geometry datums are now in
*DIL fixes with legacy mode and logged laps are now recorded properly
*Variable brake bias is now in as a function of total brake pressure
*Decoupled suspension now properly in
*Roll bar and roll bar damper now seperate.
*Seperate motion ratio for the roll bar damper.
*Roll spring damper logged as absolute values
*You can now log spring damper forces at the wheel or damper and they can be zeroed on the ground.
*You can choose these logged forces in N or kgf
*Self aligning torque for DIL now shiftef to slip angle - a lot smoother for DIL
*Assymetric lookup spring table bug fixed.
*DIL - configurable limits for wheel speed in - this is set to a limit of 3
*Partial throttle bug for LSD is now in.
*Imperial units now added for Pi toolbox, WinTax, Motec and Altas. Speed in mph, loads in lb and dampers in inches
*Logging unit name fixes for toolbox
*DIL - added FOV and frame rate for the front end - there to support the latest DIL release.
*Tyre energy limit added to the LTS
*DIL - Traction control fix.
*Roll gradient energy limit added to the LTS.
