It's hard to squeeze any more out with limited compression and 43mm inlet restrictors. The biggest advantage was superior traction control mapping and drive by wire calibration.

High compression, restrictor plate engines love high octane fuels. And fuels don't get any better than ETS Extramax 102RON.
This one was mapped completely for either fuel. Guess which one the driver likes?

This was an odd one. Nissan SR16VE in a Clubman
A Dalrick Clubman with an SR16VE Nissan engine and an old Wolf 3D. Haven't had to use a hand controller for a long time.
RF40 with a 347 Windsor, 8 barrel injection and bad manners.
This one sounded the goods as it idled in the door, although it disappointed when it hit the rollers and was terrible to drive on the road.
